CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Wells
Summer Concert Series
Every
Saturday evening from June 30th through September 1st a variety of delightfully
entertaining outdoor concerts is scheduled to be held at the Hope Hobbs
Gazebo in Wells Harbor Park. A list of specific dates and performers
are available at the Wells Chamber of Commerce and will be televised on
Time Warner Cable (Ch. 3). The concerts are for folks of all ages.
The entertainment begins promptly at 6:30 PM. Bring a blanket or
lawn chair and enjoy the show. In the event of rain the concerts
may be rescheduled or cancelled. FMI call the Chamber of Commerce

Shows
Craft
shows are held throughout the summer and fall. Browse through a fine
selection of handmade crafts and sample delicious food.
Turkey
Suppers
Hosted
by the Wells-Ogunquit Music Boosters, turkey suppers are held one Saturday
per month January through April from 5:00-7:00 pm at St. Mary’s Church
on Eldridge Rd. FMI 646-3387
Networking
Group
The
Southern Maine Networking Group meets every Thursday morning in season
at the Wells Chamber of Commerce Information Center on Rt. 1 in Moody
from 7:30-8:30 am. Share your ideas and thoughts with fellow business
people from the area over a cup of coffee. FMI: 646-2451
Bean
Suppers
A
New England tradition featuring baked beans, hot dogs, etc. Held
the first Saturday of the month (May to October) at the Masonic Hall on
Sanford Road, Wells and at the Wells Congregational Church, Route 1 Wells,
on the second Saturday of the month. Both events are from 5:00-7:00
pm.
Pancake
Breakfast
The
Wells & Ogunquit Senior Center sponsors a wonderful pancake breakfast
every Saturday. Center is located on Rt. 1 in Moody. For more
information call 646-7775.
Wells
Farmer’s Market
The
Wells Farmer’s Market is held in the Town Hall parking lot Wednesday afternoons
from 2 to 6 pm in season. It features fresh native produce, eggs, herbs,
wool, baked goods, organic produce, venison & rabbit meat, seedlings,
